Information zur kommerziellen Verwendung von Tierpark- und Zoofotos
Einige Fotos in meinem Shop stammen aus Zoos, Wild- oder Tierparks – und ja, ich darf sie verkaufen. Für jede dieser Einrichtungen liegt entweder ein Vertrag, eine schriftliche Genehmigung oder eine andere klare Vereinbarung vor. Ich halte mich an die jeweiligen Regeln, AGBs oder Hausordnungen – egal, wie kreativ sie formuliert sind. Keine Grauzonen, keine heimlichen Schnappschüsse durchs Gebüsch.
On the Use of Zoo and Wildlife Photos
Some of my photographs were taken in zoos or animal/wildlife parks. In all such cases, I’ve obtained the necessary permissions not only to take the photos, but also to use them commercially. This includes written approvals, formal agreements, or whatever form of authorisation each institution requires. I comply fully with their terms, policies, and any specific licensing requirements or restrictions. Nothing is sold without proper clearance – and no, I don’t just turn up with a long lens and hope for the best.
